Junior Data Analyst
Position Summary:
$17.00 /hour
If you are smart and willing to work hard, then this position might be right for you ! The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing large data sets and turning analysis into actionable intelligence. Working with our Employment Verification Department in a collaborative team atmosphere, this role will be responsible in ensuring the integrity of delivered data.
Job Description:
Use critical thinking skills to analyze ambiguous computer generated internet search results for right party information.
Determine relevance of data and establishing relationships between data points
Conduct online research on prospect records to validate and/or enhance internal data where applicable/useful
Perform repetitive tasks such as conducting online searches and using a mouse to copy and paste..
Meet goals and productivity standards.
Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines
Enter data into computer for use in analysis and reports
Maintain and update databases
Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Serve as an active member of the team, contributing to a positive work environment.
Assist supervisor and team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to successfully complete a comprehensive credit and criminal background check which includes a drug test to be completed within 48 hours of the request.

Senior Data Analyst

This position is available to Junior Analysts who have successfully completed all aspects of training; and have shown constant professionalism, strong work ethic, and the ability to accurately analyze large data sets.
Verification Specialist
Position Summary:
$20.00 /hour
If you have previous call center and customer service experience we want to speak with you! The Verification Specialist is responsible for calling companies to verify a consumers current employment. Working with our Data Analysis Department in a collaborative team atmosphere, this role will be responsible in ensuring the integrity of delivered data.

Call companies to verify current employment
Interact with third parties in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
Record accurate information and detailed notes.
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members.
Perform repetitive tasks such as conducting online searches and using a mouse to copy and paste
Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience is required.
1+ years of call center experience is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening.
